Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use apply to Tiny Leo websites, mobile applications, and related products and services. By accessing or using a Tiny Leo product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
If you use a Tiny Leo product on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. In that case, "you" and "your" include the organization.
Auto-renewing subscriptions
Some Tiny Leo applications offer paid subscriptions. A subscribed user receives the access described in the relevant app, while an unsubscribed user may receive a limited daily quota. Where an app includes translation or speech features, paid access may include speech-to-text, translation, and text-to-speech services.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or iTunes account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the displayed renewal price.
- You can manage subscriptions and disable auto-renewal in your account settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
General prohibitions
You may not use a Tiny Leo product to:
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or breach security or authentication measures.
- Access non-public areas, accounts, systems, or networks without authorization, or attempt to reverse engineer protected software.
- Interfere with users, hosts, or networks, including by introducing malware, overloading systems, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing.
- Crawl or scrape a product without prior consent, except through interfaces Tiny Leo has made available for that purpose.
- Send unsolicited communications, promotions, advertisements, or spam, or disguise their source through spoofing or falsified headers.
- Use the product for fraud, deception, phishing, impersonation, infringement, privacy violations, or any unlawful activity.
- Encourage or enable another person to do anything prohibited by these terms.
Monitoring & enforcement
Tiny Leo may review use of its products for compliance, remove or disable access to content, investigate potential violations, and consult or cooperate with law-enforcement authorities where appropriate. Tiny Leo is not obligated to monitor every use or item of content.
Copyright policy
Tiny Leo respects intellectual-property rights and expects users to do the same. In appropriate circumstances, Tiny Leo may terminate account holders who repeatedly infringe or are believed to be repeatedly infringing the rights of copyright holders.
